“it’s a small world. tiny houses, minimalism, and a less-is-more attitude are everywhere today. after years of a ‘bigger is better’ mentality towards homes, people are realizing that extra square footage does not equal greater happiness.”

the unconventional solution

saving for a home is hard. expensive homes, expensive rent… it’s difficult to put funds aside for a place to call your own.

after living in several rentals and becoming increasingly eager to save for a forever home, our solution came in the form of a 396 square foot park model trailer found on craigslist.

once in place on some family owned land we updated the inside of the unit, fixed up the exterior and added a job site trailer which we converted to a separate home office.

when on the road, our home away from home is a self-converted camper van.
